Well, Tuesday was my monthly vinyl project night - and it turned out well. Kristen was over on Tuesday morning and shared a great idea about possibly doing a give away that night - just for fun. I have thought about it before, but never did anything about it. So, after she left I sat down and designed a little family plaque for the prize. I really liked how it turned out - Jeff even said it was one of his favorite things I've done. So, I guess I will be making another one for us :) Shauna's sister, Kathy, visiting from Washington won the prize. (Sorry about the glare on the photo - I take horrid photos - but luckily, I will soon know how to fix them, as I'm taking a photoshop class. Brace yourselves to soon be blown away by my totally awesome blog pictures :)
Last night, I was trying to find Juliet, our cat, to put her in the garage for the night, and found her tucked away with Missy in bed. The poor thing misses our other cat Romeo, who died about 6 months ago, and takes advantage of snuggle time from anyone she can get. And, if you look closely at the picture, you will notice how Missy is sleeping ON TOP of her covers, with just a blanket over her. She does this for the sole reason of not having to make her bed in the morning and having it already made and ready to go. Part of me says thata-girl for being efficient and thinking ahead and the other part of me thinks- wait a minute- why do I wash your sheets every week -?

That's a valid thought- why wash her sheets? Just one thing less to do I say. I'm so glad you're doing a giveaway and I hope you'll still do something like that next month cause I'm hoping on being there! Also, my vinyl looks amazing on my wall. Even Doug loved it, and girl, that's saying A LOT! Thanks again!
Wish I was closer so I could come to a projects night. That's great motivation to actually get it done.
