Yesterday was my Dad's 67th birthday. We celebrated by having my parents and brother and his family over for Taco Salad ( no portion control = favorite for Dad :) My Dad has the amazing ability to make everyone he talks to feel like the most important person. I hope one day I can gain this attribute.

Your dad sounds like a really great guy! And, your mom cracks me up shielding the cake. That is something I always want to do, but don't.
Taco Salad is one of my favorites due to the very same reason. I hope you had fun!
