We can't go to Utah without visiting the Bean Museum. The kids love it, it's free, and it's really close to the BYU Creamery. It's a solid win. I love the butterfly exhibit made up of all different kinds of butterflies.
One day we went to Pirate Island, which will now be a tradition in our family. It's like a Chuck E. Cheese, except pirate themed. The kids can't wait to go back almost as much as me, because I seriously rocked the toy - claw game. I was getting the claw to pick up 4-5 toys from every token. I was running around like a crazy woman taking tokens from my children so I could keep playing.
We went on a simple hike to Payson Grotto. So beautiful! The kids had fun playing in the freezing cold water.
We also loved hanging out with all of relatives. Thank you Darlene, Ben, Rachel, Scott, Stephanie, Zuri, Rebecca, Peter, Ben, Ming Lu, Doug, Heather, Emily, Colby, and Brady for a wonderful trip! (sorry if I left someone out :)

Okay, the mental image of you running around and stealing tokens has me laughing! Your post is making me miss Utah. Also, with the avacado salsa, I forgot to tell you to add Oregano. That coupled with the red wine vinegar is scrumptious. I always add a little more oregano and red wine vinegar than it calls for. Ya know what? I will just email you the entire recipe so you will have it. And what I tweaked on it:)
Cherlyn, You have such a huge competitive streak in you that I am not suprised you were stealing tokens. Ha Ha. :)
