Loads of Fun

Our ward had a youth camp auction fundraiser last Spring, and a few of us bid on a white water rafting trip donated by the Petersen's. Today we went and had a BLAST. I had been down the river before as a youth, and forgot how much fun it can be. We had an exciting 2 hour trip down rapids with names like "Meat Grinder" and "Troublemaker". We also got into some fun water fights with other rafts floating by. The guys had so much fun they took kayaks back to the top and went down again!

We ended with a wonderful barbeque at Rochelle's parent's home (GORGEOUS!) and spent the day hanging out and relaxing. Missy had fun riding the motorized cars around the driveway, and Little Dude had fun playing in the river and hot tub.

Thank you Petersen and Middleton families! We have already decided that next year (if offered - hint hint) we will be bidding on the rafting trip again!
