Life has slowed down, waaaay d o w n. I am trying to be okay with my new limitations.
I can't do laundry
I can't vacuum
I can't pick up a room
I can't carry things
I can't go for a walk or run
I can't go grocery shopping
I can't drive
So, I can get a little frustrated (some might say cranky :). But luckily, I have this sweet little girl at home that wants to spend time with me. And whom I am now able to give my full, undistracted, undivided attention.
I get to listen to her tell me stories and talk my ear off.
She courtesy laughs at my jokes.
She tells me when I get too loud or excited.
She gets frustrated when I don't know how to play the game right.
And apparently, she doesn't find it very funny when
I take photos of this:
I am grateful for these little trials that help me remember to slow down, to enjoy the simple things, and to spend time with my family.
( I am also grateful for an amazing husband who is picking up all of my slack).

Such a sweet post!!!! That girl of yours is a cutie!!!
Such cute pics! You are so clever (even if you are a bit clumsy!). Hope you are feeling better soon and heal fast! Your kids are growing up too fast ... two at school already?! Crazy! They looked so cute on their first day of school.
What a fun little story with the darling pics of your little princess! By the way, Erianna LOVES seeing Hayden everyday. She makes sure to tell me that she saw him at school, EVERY day!
I LOVE this post! Bells is the cutest!
